The main goal of Fixezi App is to list 100% qualified trades, to do this trades have to upload documents to prove they are qualified, the Fixezi Team will then review the tradie accounts and only activate them once points are complete, Fixezi has high standards to only list qualified trades, we ask anyone that uses any tradie, that they give them an honest rating and if the tradies have an ongoing bad review they may be removed, that's likewise with anyone that hire the trades, the trades can rate their experience with them, this all helps Fixezi and helps everyone that uses it.

Any tradie can sign up, but before any tradie is accepted we check what they tell us, things we check include : Public liability proof, trade licence, driver licence, Facebook and google search. So that means every trade on the app is qualified, trusted, and ready for you to book them.

After you book any tradie through Fixezi App and have a Job completed, we ask you to rate the tradie, and if everyone does it, the ratings will help others that hire through Fixezi App to make better choices and help Fixezi to list great tradies.
Our customer support staff is always there to help.
Unlike other tradie platforms, Fixezi doesn’t charge tradies for sending quotes or missed jobs. The only time a tradie has to pay is when they get a confirm job. All they pay per confirm job is $9.99. And if the job gets cancelled, that amount is reimbursed.
